The
Resources List of a Project
Two clicks from the main menu and you are here. The Resources
List can help you to keep track of a Project's Resource usage,
showing accumulative quantities on order and the total quantity
received to date.
The Purch. Rate column shows the last Purchase Rate (Unit price)
of every Resource.
The costs and total costs of all Resources can be viewed when
clicking the Costs button.
Detailed record is kept per Resource of every purchase, showing
the purchase order number, purchase order date, vendor name
and purchase price.
The Resources List also provides the resource descriptions with their prices for the Purchase Order form.

You can view the history of any selected Resource: Select it and click the History button to open the menu options shown below.
