The Stock Re-order Report will only include the sales documents
(Invoices and Credit Notes) and the purchase
documents (Purchase or Goods Received Notes and
Stock or Goods Returned documents entered in the Input - Documents menu option and
which posted or updated to the ledger. If
you are using the Point-of Sales facility, only the Point-of Sales Invoices for Shifts, which have been
closed, will be included in this report. Any
Stock Adjustments processed in the Input - Adjust Stock menu option will
also be included in this report.

Sequence - To list the details for the selected stock items
included in this report according to the Stock Item Code, Description or Stock
Groups 1 or 2 if you have created Stock Groups.

Stock Code - select a specific stock item code or a range of
codes on the Stock Item search or lookup facility.
- Select to print each Stock item on a new page or to view all stock items including those items with more quantities at hand than the re-order level.
The details of this report is displayed in the following 8 columns:

Stock Code - The selected Stock Item code will be
displayed.

Description - The name or description of the selected Stock
Item code.

Re-Order Level - The minimum quantity of stock items which
should be on hand before you need to order or purchase any further stock
items. This re-order level quantities is entered in the Re-order field on the
Edit - Stock Items menu option or in
the Input - Stock Adjustments (Advanced tab) menu option.

Qty On Hand - This is updated when documents are updated to
the ledger. Purchases and Credit Notes as well as any adjustments, which
increases the Stock quantities (stock in), will update the quantity on hand as
a positive quantity. Invoices and Goods Returned documents as well as any
adjustments, will decrease the Stock quantities (stock out).

Difference - This quantity indicates the quantity of stock
items available below the re-order level. If you have selected to show all
items, those items with sufficient quantities (more quantities than the
re-order level) will be displayed as a negative figure.

Back Order Qty - This is the quantity of any outstanding back-orders for the
Invoices entered in the
Input - Documents menu
option and which are posted or updated to the ledger for which no
quantity is entered in the Ship field of the Document Entry Details screen.

Last Cost Price - This is the Cost Price or Purchase Price as
updated with the last Purchase or Goods Received Document updated to the
ledger. The Cost Prices are reflected Exclusive of VAT.
