This option allows you to transfer all transactions from one account to another. This option will move all the balances (including opening balances) and the transactions with all their dates, references and descriptions exactly as they were originally entered into the system on any of your batch entries or documents.

For instance, when you create a new account, all the transactions entered and updated or posted to the ledger may be transferred from a selected account to the new account. The balances (including any opening balances) and the transactions will be transferred. When Transaction reports are generated, none of the transactions will be displayed in the account from which the transactions are transferred, but will only be displayed in the account to which the transactions were transferred.

TurboCASH only allows you to transfer account balances from one account to another account within each of the 5 Account Types which you create in the Edit - Accounts menu option.

 

B> To Transfer Transactions:
Click on the Tools - Global Processes - Transfer Transactions menu option or press the and and and keys on your keyboard. The Account Type screen will be displayed:


Select any of the account types and click on the button. The Transfer Transactions screen will be displayed on which you may select any available accounts (within the same account type) to transfer balances from one account to another account.
