CUSTOMISE TurboCASH
SETUP - PREFERENCES - COLOURS
  
This option allows you to choose between Classic, Brilliant, Pastel, New South Africa, Pink, Windows Default and Windows 2004 colour schemes. These colours make your screen appearance more colourful and pleasant to look at. You may select the Colour scheme you wish the TurboCASH program and screens to be displayed on your monitor. This selected colour scheme will be displayed even after closing a set of books until you open another Set of Books and will then change back to the Classic colour scheme.

To select a Colour scheme:
Click on the Setup - Preferences - Colours menu option or press the and and and keys on your keyboard followed by the key of the underlined character for the colour scheme you wish to select.

Click to Open, Create, Close, Delete, Save, Backup, Restore, Data Re-index a Set of Books, to Choose a Different Language or Exit the TurboCASH program. Click to create a new or edit or to delete a Bank, Creditor, Debtor, General Ledger or Tax Account, Budget, Contacts, Stock Items, User Reports, Repeating Entries, Repeating Invoices or to delete Documents. Click to do Stock Adjustments, enter transactions, copy Repeating Transactions into a Batch, generate Documents (Invoices, Credit Notes, Quotes, Purchase, Goods Returned or Orders, confirm Quotes and Orders, print Delivery Notes or Documents, editing Open Item Links and to update documents and batches to the General Ledger. Click to generate Batch Type, Creditor, Contact Listing, Debtor, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, Document Listing, Stock, Sales Analysis, Purchase Analysis, Tax and User Reports. Click to Set up Internet, Preferences and System Parameters. Click to initiate the Calculator, Global Processes, Search, Report Designer, T-Account Viewer, Export and Import Data, Data Integrity Check, Script Engine, Customise Languages and Plug-ins. Click to access the Help Files, obtain information About TurboCASH, Support information, Online Registration, download an Updated version of the program from Pink Software's Website. Click to Open a Set of Books. Click to Backup or to Restore a Set of Books. Click to set Preferences for Backup Path, Fonts, Colours, Data Parameters, Labels, Printer and Theme. Click to set the Access Control, Batch Types, Company Info, Documents, Financial Categories, Groups, Internet, POS, Reporting Dates, Salespersons, Statements and Stock Info. Click on the Setup - Preferences - Theme menu option to change the theme. Click to set the default path on your System to make Backups to. Click to set the default Font which will display on reports, lists, documents, etc. Click to select a Colour scheme for the TurboCASH program. Click to set defaults for Debit and Credit indicators, Number of Decimals, Number Formats and Document Quantity. Click to create, edit and delete label definitions to print labels. Click to select the default Printer and do a Page Setup for Dot-matrix Printer Paper. Click to select a Theme or background pictures to display in the TurboCASH program. Click on the Setup - Preferences - Theme menu option to change the theme. Click to reconcile any of the bank accounts. The Receipts and Payments Journal linked to a selected bank account, can be reconciled with a bank statement. Click to link specific receipts to a specific invoice for Debtors and to link a specific payment to a specific purchase document for your Creditors. Click to set the Speed button bar to a lightish shade of blue and the rest of the program screen to grey. Click to set the Speed button bar to a brilliant shade of pink and the rest of the program screen to a brilliant shade of green. Click to set the Speed button bar to a lightish shade of cream and the rest of the program screen to a shade of blue. Click to set the Speed button bar to yellow and the rest of the program screen to green. Click to set the Speed button bar to a brilliant shade of pink and the rest of the program screen to a brilliant shade of blue. Click to set the default colours of your operating system. Click to set the default Windows 2004 colours of your operating system.

 

Select the colour scheme you like the best. The program will display the selected colour scheme.
