This option allows you so set up the fonts in which your reports will be displayed and printed on your reports. You may select any one of the available fonts, on your computer. If you use a dot-matrix printer, you need to be careful when selecting a font. It is recommended that dot-matrix printers use their built-in fonts, since selecting another font, may cause that your system print in graphic mode, which may slow down your printing.

To select the Font:

Click on Setup - Preferences - Font menu option or press the and and and keys on your keyboard. The Font screen will be displayed.


Select the font of your choice.
Click on the button.

The Sample will be displayed on each font you select from the list. It is recommended that you use Arial, Courier New or New Times Roman. Some of these fonts may be fancy, but might not be effective in your reports. Should you use a dot-matrix printer, your printing may be slowed down if your dot-matrix printer does not support the selected font.
