The incorrect Windows™ Currency Format may sometimes be
displayed. The currency format (R for Rands or £ for Pounds) is displayed on
some screens and reports in TurboCASH. Should the incorrect currency be
displayed, you need to set the regional settings of your System.
To change the Windows Currency Format:
Click on the Setup - System Parameters - Company Info menu option or press
the
key on your keyboard. The Company Info screen will be displayed.
Click on the

Click on the

the Company Info Options screen.

icon in the Control Panel of your Windows™ operating system to change or set the
date format and the currency format.
The Regional Settings Properties screen will be displayed.
Check that the correct region or country is displayed and
select the correct region or country (e.g. (English (South Africa), (English
(British), etc.), if necessary. You may also click on the Currency tab to format
the currency, decimal symbol, digit grouping, etc., if necessary.
Click on the
button. If you need to set the date style or format, click
on the Date tab.
Click on the
button to close or exit the Regional Settings
Properties screen and restart your system. If you launch TurboCASH after this,
the correct currency symbol for your country will be displayed on the screens,
reports, etc.
