If you have Stock Item data in a Lotus Spreadsheet, on your system, you may import the data into the Stock Item - Adjustments screen. Note that the data must be in the format of the Stock Item - Adjustments screen columns.

To select a Lotus Spreadsheet Stock file:
The Select Lotus Spreadsheet Stock file screen is automatically initiated when you click on the icon on the Use Spreadsheet file field on the Stock Item screen when the Adjustments option is selected.


Select a valid file in any available folder on your system, where the file is stored.
Click on the button to import the data of your Stock Items on the Stock Item - Adjustments screen.
