The Search Facility screen (lookup facility) screen will appear whenever you are in an account, stock item and date field on various screens. The Search Facility is a selection list from which you may select any available item from the list. The selected item or entry on the Search Facility will then be automatically transferred to the applicable field from where the Search Facility screen was initiated.

The following search facility screens may be displayed, depending in which function or option you are working in:

	Search Facility	List containing:
	Bank Accounts	All existing Bank Accounts.
	Creditors	All existing Creditor Accounts.
	Debtors	All existing Debtor Accounts.
		All existing General Ledger Accounts. On some menu options or functions, the Bank, individual Creditors and Debtors Accounts and the Tax Accounts may be automatically included or excluded from the list.
	Tax Accounts	All existing Tax Accounts.
	Select Contact	All existing Contacts.
	Stock Item	All existing Stock Items.
	This Year and Last Year Periods	All Financial Periods for This Year or Last Year as Setup in the Setup - System Parameters - Reporting Dates menu option.
	Date Picker	You may select any valid date within the range of your Reporting Dates (Financial Periods) of This year or Last Year.
	Batches List	You may select any batches or documents, which are posted or updated to the Ledger Accounts.
	POS Lookup	You may select stock items and barcodes only in the Point-of-Sale Invoice Entry screen.
