In addition to your system passwords and the passwords, which
you may have set for a Set of Books in TurboCASH on the Setup - System
Parameters - Access Control menu option, you may also use the Screen Saver
passwords, if the software of your operating system and display adapters
(graphics card) has such a facility. A selected Screen Saver will be activated
once the set time has expired. If you have set a Screen Saver password, your
operating system will prompt you to enter a Screen Saver password.
Your system may have its own Screen Savers installed. TurboCASH has also provided you with a Screen Saver, which can be installed from the installation CD.
To set a Screensaver Password:
Right-click in any area of your desktop, to launch the Operating System's
Display Properties screen or click on the Start - Settings - Control Panel from
your Start button on your Task bar. In the Control Panel, click on the
icon. The Display
Properties screen will be displayed.
Click on the Screen Saver tab. Select the Tcashscreen Screen Saver or
your favourite Screen Saver.
Set the minutes to wait before the screen saver is turned on from 1
minute to 60 minutes.
Select password protected option to enable you to enter a password if you
start to work on your desktop again. The Change Password screen will be
displayed to change the password for Windows Screen Saver.
Enter the New password and Confirm the New password. Click on the OK
button and the following screen will be displayed.

Click on the OK button.
Click on the Apply button of the Display Properties screen to save your
changes.
Click on the OK button to close or exit the Display Properties
screen.
