The Report Designer allows you to format your document layout
and to create your own reports. All documents and reports created and edited in
the Report Designer, is saved as a Report File (*.frp) file extension. This
powerful Report Designer also allows the advanced user to link the data in the
Database of a Set of Books to be displayed on documents and reports.
When documents (Invoices, Credit Notes and Quotes for Debtors or Customers and Purchase documents, Goods Returned documents and Orders for Creditors or Suppliers) are printed and sent to the screen, it will automatically be displayed in the FreeReport™ viewer.
When any document is displayed on screen in the FreeReport™ viewer, you may also right-click on any area of a report to edit the report in the Report Designer.
To access the Report Designer:
Click on the Tools - Report Designer menu
option or press the
