This lookup or search facility can only be launched from the
POS Invoice Entry screen. Any selected stock item will be added or transferred
into the transaction field of the POS Entry screen. The screen can be launched
from the following places on the POS Entry screen.
Click on the
speed button or icon or press the 
key on your keyboard. You may also press the 
and 
keys on your keyboard. Alternatively, you may click on the 
field at the bottom left hand side of the POS Invoice Entry screen. The POS
Lookup screen will be displayed.
To select a code, you may enter or type any valid code, description or barcode to select the stock item, which you need to add to the POS Invoice. The screen will automatically be closed.
To close or exit this screen, you need to click on the
button or press
the 
key on your keyboard.

To disable the filter, click on the menu to remove the tick. If the filter is enabled, you may locate and select stock items on the lookup facilities with ease.
You may also right-click in the scroll bar to launch a context menu on which you may scroll or search for an entry on the lookup or search facility using your mouse. The options are as follows:
