When the Bank Statement Transaction records or data of a valid
imported bank statement or
downloaded bank statement
file is saved in the XML Datapacket (*XML) file format, you may access the file
by locating it in the specific location and file name where you have saved this
file on your system.
To Access the XML File:
Locate the file on your system. You may use the
Windows Explorer

Double-click on the
icon
with the name you have saved the specific data for the saved bank statement
file. The selected file will be displayed.

To Access the XML File:

The XML File consists of 2 sections, i.e. Meta Data and finally the Row Data section.

The Meta Data section contains the
basic information of the field attribute names and parameter names. This is
the information, which you will find as the headings in the first row of the
Lotus Spreadsheet.
- The Row Data section contains the basic information of the transaction data, e.g. transaction ID, dates, descriptions, amounts, etc. This is the information, which you will find in the 2nd row onwards below the headings in the Lotus Spreadsheet file.
