This option allows you to view the ageing as for Creditor
Remittance Advises in the Reports - Creditor - Remittance Advises menu option.
The Ageing will be displayed at the bottom of the screen and would display the
ageing criteria of the Creditor Remittance Advise Options
screen. You may also select the dates from when
and until when you wish to display the transactions for a selected creditor
account.
To process and view the Open Item transactions in the Statements option:
Click on the Input - Open Item Link menu option
or on the
icon or speed button. You may also press the
and
keys or press the
and
and
keys on your keyboard. The Open Item Link screen as well as the
Debtors search facility will be displayed.
To select a Creditors Account, press the
key or click on the Close
button of
the Debtors search facility to close or exit the screen.
Click on the
speed button or icon. The Creditors search
facility screen will be displayed. Select the creditor account. All the
transactions for the selected creditor account will be displayed.
Click on the
speed
button or icon. The Open Item Link screen will change to display all the
transactions (if any) for the dates when the screen is launched, which will
display the amount for the selected credit transaction.
Enter or select the Dates using the Date Picker from when you wish to
include the transactions and select the date until when you wish to view the
transactions. All the transactions for the selected dates will be displayed. The
ageing balances for the selected periods will be displayed.
If you click on the
sign on the left-hand side of a transaction, the following screen will be
displayed underneath the selected transaction.

To close or exit this screen, click on the
sign.
To process and view the Open Item transactions in the Statements option:
