This menu option lists all the functions and options for the daily or periodic processing of transactions. You may enter your daily transactions in batches or journals from your source documents and edit these transactions before you update or post these transactions to the ledger. You may also reconcile your bank accounts and edit your open item ageing links if you have created any open item debtor or creditor accounts.
Should you generate documents from your stock item code file, you may also create quotes, confirm and convert these quotes to invoices and enter or edit invoices and credit notes for your debtors (customers). You may then also create orders, confirm and convert these orders to purchase documents (goods received notes), and create or edit purchase and stock returns or goods return documents for your creditors (suppliers). Once you have created documents, you may post or update the invoices and credit notes and the purchases and stock returns or goods returns documents. When these documents are posted or updated to the ledger, it will automatically write your journals for you and update the transactions in the general ledger, debtor's ledger, creditor's ledger and stock ledger.
You may also take-on your opening stock and adjust stock item quantities, cost prices and selling prices. If you have set up point-of-sales you may process point-of-sales invoices.
