HELP MENU
  
This menu allows you to access the comprehensive help files, view information regarding the TurboCASH program and information regarding support. You may register TurboCASH on the Internet, Update or upgrade your TurboCASH program or even go directly to the TurboCASH support page on the Web.

To Access the Help Menu:
Click on the Help menu option or press the and keys on your keyboard. A list of the 6 available options on the Help menu options will be displayed.

Click to Open, Create, Close, Delete, Save, Backup, Restore, Data Re-index a Set of Books, to Choose a Different Language or Exit the TurboCASH program. Click to create a new or edit or to delete a Bank, Creditor, Debtor, General Ledger or Tax Account, Budget, Contacts, Stock Items, User Reports, Repeating Entries, Repeating Invoices or to delete Documents. Click to do Stock Adjustments, enter transactions, copy Repeating Transactions into a Batch, generate Documents (Invoices, Credit Notes, Quotes, Purchase, Goods Returned or Orders, confirm Quotes and Orders, print Delivery Notes or Documents, editing Open Item Links and to update documents and batches to the General Ledger. Click to generate Batch Type, Creditor, Contact Listing, Debtor, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, Document Listing, Stock, Sales Analysis, Purchase Analysis, Tax and User Reports. Click to Set up Internet, Preferences and System Parameters. Click to initiate the Calculator, Global Processes, Search, Report Designer, T-Account Viewer, Export and Import Data, Data Integrity Check, Script Engine, Customise Languages and Plug-ins. Click to access the Help Files, obtain information About TurboCASH, Support information, Online Registration, download an Updated version of the program from Pink Software's Website. Click to Open a Set of Books. Click to Backup or to Restore a Set of Books. Click on the Setup - Preferences - Theme menu option to change the theme. Click to enter transactions in a Batch, e.g. Receipts, Payments, Sales Journal, etc. Click to initiate the Help File. If the F1 key is pressed from anywhere in the program, the applicable Help topic will be displayed. Click to view the information on the TurboCASH version, the User and the Operating System. Click to view the contact information for Support. If your Internet Connection is initiated, you may also access the Support Page on Pink Software's Website. Click to launch the Welcome to TurboCASH screen. Click to register the program via the Internet. If your Internet Connection is initiated, the Registration form on the Registration Page of Pink Software's Website will be displayed in your Browser. Click to Update the program online. The program must be registered and your Internet Connection must be initiated. Click to register your copy of TurboCASH, if it is not already registered at start up.
Select any of the following options:

Option Description
1. Help Click to view the Help File. You may also press on the <F1> key on your keyboard when you are on any screen in the TurboCASH program to display the help topic for the active open menu option or screen.
2. About TurboCASH Displays the version of the TurboCASH program, the user, your operating system and a link to the web site of Pink Software (Pty) Ltd.
3. Support Displays the address, telephone numbers, contact hours, e-mail addresses and a link to the support page on the web site of Pink Software (Pty) Ltd.
4. Show Welcome Displays the Welcome to TurboCASH screen on which you may find some additional information to get started, etc.
5. Online Registration Click to register your version of TurboCASH on the web site of Pink Software (Pty) Ltd. You need to enter a few basic details on the registration form and the unlocking or registration code will be sent back to you via e-mail, post or you will be informed by telephone depending on your selection.
6. Online Update You may click on this option to upgrade your program with the latest program, provided that your current TurboCASH program is registered.
7. Register your TurboCASH You may click on this option to register your copy of TurboCASH, if it is not already registered at start up.

Should you wish to access Pink Software's Web Site or to register online or update your program online, you need to first connect to the Internet.
