You may delete an existing Stock Item, provided that no
transactions have been processed for this stock item, and that the Stock Item
does not have any balances.
To Delete a Stock Item:
Click on the Edit - Stock Item menu option or press the

Stock Item (Standard tab) screen and the Stock Item search facility screen will
be displayed.
Select the Stock Item to be deleted. The
selected Stock Item will be displayed on the screen.
Check that the correct Stock Item is selected.
Click on the 
button. The following
confirmation screen will be displayed:
Make sure that it is the correct code and click
on the Yes button. (If it is the incorrect Stock Item, click on the 
button
and select the correct Stock Item). If you click on the 
button, TurboCASH
will inform you that the selected Stock Item has been deleted.
Click on the 
button. You may proceed to
delete the next Stock item or exit the Stock Item screen.
