TurboCASH allows you to create a new Account Type (General Ledger, Debtors, Creditors, Bank Account and Tax Account) if an invalid or non-existing account is selected (using your keyboard) from the Account or Tax Accounts Search (Lookup) facilities initiated from various account-entry fields.

If the selected account does not exist, TurboCASH will display the following confirmation screen:


Click on the button if you are sure that you wish to create the new account. The Account Type screen will be displayed.


Select the Account Type, if not automatically selected.
Click on the button. The Edit - Accounts screen for the selected account will be displayed in which you may create the new account.

If you have selected an incorrect account, click on the button. The search (lookup) facility for the account field from which this message was initiated will be displayed. Select the correct account to proceed with your previous action. Should you click on the button, or if you are finished to create the new account, TurboCASH will automatically return to the screen from where the invalid account was selected. Select the correct account to proceed with your previous action.
