TurboCASH Backup creates by default a tcBackup.exe file, which is an executable file, if the field on the Backup Set of Books screen is selected. (If this field is not selected, the backup file will be created in the .zip file format.) The tcBackup.exe file will be displayed as an icon in the selected folder to which a file is backed up. You may also restore a Set of Books on the File - Backup / Restore menu option.

To Restore a Set of Books:
Click on the tcBackup.exe (or other file name) icon in the selected folder on your system. The TurboCASH T3 Self Extracting Backup screen will be displayed.

• Click on the button to select a different folder than the folder displayed in the Restore to field, should you wish to restore the set of books elsewhere on your system. The Extract to: screen will be displayed.

• Select the directory and click on the button.

2 You may also create a new folder (sub-directory) in which you wish to restore a Set of Books. Enter a new directory than the current directory displayed on this screen and click on the button.

Click on the button on the TurboCASH T3 Self Extracting Backup screen. TurboCASH will extract all the files into the selected directory. When the process is finished, the following screen will be displayed:

 

Click on the button. The TurboCASH T3 Self Extracting Backup screen will be closed.
You need to Open the Set of Books.
